It is important as a character that we hold ourselves to a high standard of Integrity, Honesty and Responsibility. Following the terms below is a way that you can do that. Here are a few reasons why.
Encouraging Accountability:
The cancellation policies help foster accountability by encouraging clients to honor their commitment to attend scheduled sessions. They serve as a reminder that personal growth and healing require consistent effort and active participation. By adhering to the cancellation policies, clients are more likely to maintain their dedication to the healing process.
Respecting the Healing Process:
The cancellation policies respect the healing process by valuing the time and effort invested by both the client and myself. They ensure that the necessary resources are allocated appropriately, allowing for a focused and impactful experience during each session. Respecting the healing process also includes honoring the commitment to oneself and recognizing the importance of personal growth.
Fairness to All Clients:
The cancellation policies promote fairness among all clients by ensuring equal opportunities to schedule sessions. By adhering to the policies, clients contribute to the fair distribution of available time slots and allow others to benefit from the services offered. This fairness extends to both honoring commitments and making cancellations within the specified timeframes.

Terms and Conditions
Scope of Services:
My Holistic Wellness space provides a range of alternative healing modalities, treatments, therapies, and programs aimed at promoting well-being and personal growth. It is important to understand that my services are complementary and not intended to replace medical advice or treatment. I do not guarantee specific results from my treatments or therapies, as individual experiences may vary.
Liability and Disclaimer:
While I take all reasonable precautions to ensure client safety, my Holistic Wellness space is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or adverse effects incurred during or as a result of our services, except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct.
Booking and Payment:
Appointments can be booked through the designated channels, subject to availability. I require advance booking for most services. 50% deposit on individual services and 100% payment on Wellness Packages are typically required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments subject to our cancellation policy. I require a minimum notice period, typically 48 hours, for cancellations or changes to appointments. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
I uphold client confidentiality and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Client information will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of providing services. I do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, unless legally required.
Consent to Treatment:
Clients are required to provide informed consent for the Holistic Wellness treatments or therapies they receive. I will explain the nature of the treatment, potential benefits, and any associated risks or side effects. Clients have the right to ask questions, seek clarifications, or refuse any treatment.
Code of Conduct:
I uphold the highest standard of client care with unconditional love and respect without judgment. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute or complaint, I encourage clients to first communicate their concerns directly with me. I will make every effort to address and resolve any issues through open and constructive dialogue.
Modification of Terms:
I reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website or other appropriate means. Continued use of our services after such modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy for Single Service:
Thank you for considering my services. I understand that plans can change, and I aim to accommodate customers to the best of my abilities. However, cancellations affect my schedule and may prevent other customers from booking their desired time slots. To ensure fairness and maintain a smooth operation, I have implemented the following:
Cancellation Period:
Customers must cancel their booking at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or service.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the service.
Communication and Notification:
Customers must communicate their cancellation through designated channels, such as phone, email, or online booking platform, within the specified timeframe. Cancellations will be considered official only when acknowledged and confirmed by myself.
Refunds and Rescheduling:
If a cancellation occurs within the allowed period, I will refund the customer the full amount paid. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the cancellation fee will be deducted from any prepayment made, and the remaining amount, if any, will be refunded. Customers may also choose to reschedule their appointment within the same cancellation period without incurring any cancellation fees, subject to availability.
Exceptions:
In the case of emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond the customer's control, we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive or modify the cancellation fees at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy for Healing Package:
Minimum Commitment:
The healing package requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. This means that you are committing to participate in the package for a consecutive period of three months.
Payment Terms:
The healing package must be paid in full upfront, covering the entire three-month period.
Cancellation Requests:
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel the healing package before the completion of the three-month commitment, the following conditions apply:
Early Cancellation:
If you cancel within the first month of the commitment, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the remaining two months' cost. If you cancel within the second month of the commitment, you will be eligible for a refund of 25% of the remaining one month's cost.
No Cancellation After Two Months:
Once you have completed two months of the three-month commitment, the package becomes non-refundable. No cancellations or refunds are allowed at this stage.
Cancellation Procedure:
To initiate a cancellation, please contact me through the designated communication channels, such as phone or email. Cancellations will only be considered valid once confirmed and acknowledged by myself.
Rescheduling:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and rescheduling of individual sessions within the three-month commitment period is possible. However, rescheduling sessions does not alter the three-month commitment or the payment terms.
Exceptions:
In case of extenuating circumstances or events beyond your control, such as medical emergencies or relocation, we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. We may offer modifications or considerations to the cancellation policy at our discretion.
